Job Summary

Augusta Health is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing comprehensive treatment programs to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their communication needs and develop treatment plans to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to improve patients' communication skills.
  • Work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and treatment.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Virginia.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
  • Membership in a national professional organization.
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred.
