The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned security professional to oversee and implement security measures across multiple locations for our Omnichannel business. As a Loss Prevention Manager, you'll be responsible for managing security personnel, administering security systems, and enforcing policies to prevent and investigate employee theft and other security-related losses.

You'll work closely with our Global Physical Security department, compliance, legal, and other teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Your expertise will help us maintain a secure and efficient supply chain, protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage security guards across multiple warehouse locations
  • Administer and maintain security systems, including video surveillance and employee access control
  • Conduct regular audits of security systems and procedures to ensure effectiveness
  • Enforce policies related to physical security, employee searches, and investigations
  • Implement and oversee loss prevention programs tailored to the Omnichannel business
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents
  • Work closely with HR, Global Physical Security, and legal teams to ensure investigations are thorough and comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Create, track, and analyze metrics related to losses prevented, recovered, and security incidents
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on loss prevention activities and outcomes
  • Manage the loss prevention ticketing system, including updating, responding to, and closing tickets related to security incidents
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned security professional with 2-3 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field. You should have strong leadership skills, experience managing security personnel, and proficiency in security systems administration. Excellent investigative skills and experience conducting loss prevention investigations are also essential.
