We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center.

Job Summary

This is an ICU Step Down Unit. To provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. To collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care.

Licenses and Certifications
  • PREFERRED: CCRN preferred
  • PALS preferred
  • TNCC preferred

REQUIRED:

  • RN licensure in Texas or compact state
  • BCLS
  • ACLS upon hire or one time grace period of 60 days for staff transitioning from med surge unit to progressive care unit
Required Education/Experience

Minimum College: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
