We have an exciting opportunity for a Critical Care Specialist to join our team.

This role requires the coordination and delivery of high-quality patient-centered care in the ICU setting.

You will work collaboratively with medical providers to provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for critically ill patients requiring intense monitoring and intervention.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current ACLS certification (Exception: NEW GRADUATE must obtain within six months from date of hire).
  • Critical Care Background and/or Medical nursing unit experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and write basic English with basic skills necessary to transfer physician orders.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency.
About Our Salary

The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
