Job Overview

The Courtesy Patrol/Community Representative is a vital role in maintaining the well-being of multifamily properties. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to patrol the premises, provide assistance, and enforce community rules.

About the Role
  • Patrol the property on foot and by vehicle to ensure common areas and amenity facilities are well-maintained.
  • Respond promptly to pages for assistance and inform management of major emergencies.
  • Maintain a log of happenings in the community, including complaints of loud disturbances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the community's common areas and amenities are clean and safe.
  2. Provide professional customer service at all times, being tactful and courteous.
  3. Conduct regular walks of the property to identify potential issues.
  4. Maintain accurate records of incidents and concerns.
  5. Tag and tow illegally parked vehicles, as necessary.
  6. Pick up trash and debris on the grounds.
  7. Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet).

Estimated Salary: $24-$25 per hour.
