FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Ambassador - Property Liaison to join our team
Job Summary:The Community Ambassador - Property Liaison will be the community's representative whose primary duties are to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a visible presence on the property.

Responsibilities:- Ensure the wellbeing of the community common areas and amenity facilities.
- Be tactful and courteous at all times.
- Respond to all pages for assistance. Inform management of major emergencies.
- Walk the common areas and amenity facilities on a regular basis.
- Maintain a log of all happenings in the community.
- Respond to complaints of loud disturbances. Analyze the situation and contact the Police Department if assistance is needed. Use good judgment.
- Tag and tow illegally parked vehicles.
- Keep a log of burned out light bulbs.
- Pick up trash and debris on the grounds.
- Customer Service and Relations:
- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.
- Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
- Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
- Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Basic computer skills (email, internet).
