Key Responsibilities- Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
- Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, with a robust advertising budget to provide leads.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home, making recommendations based on inspection and issues identified.
- Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.

- Compensation from $50,000 USD to $100,000 USD per year (base + commissions).
