Job Overview

A Society Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Product Readiness Specialist to join our team.

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring products transition smoothly from development to full production readiness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Transition: Work with cross-functional teams to verify and align products with our Production System and Future Factory Concept.
  • Requirement Establishment: Clearly define and communicate product requirements for dedicated areas of responsibility.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Effectively coordinate activities of Manufacturing Solution Engineers within production.
  • Change Management: Ensure seamless introduction of product changes into the industrial system, meeting set targets.
  • Test Tool Development: Create specifications for production test tools, either directly with development teams or in collaboration with product test engineers.
  • Product Support: Develop and define product support plans, applying practical knowledge gained through education and work experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing).
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/mechanical roles.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greensboro, North Carolina.
