Job Title: Product Design Specialist

Matthews Specialty Vehicles is a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles, with over 30 years of experience in designing and producing purpose-built vehicles for various applications. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Specialist to join our team.

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to work closely with our sales team to create stunning 2D and 3D designs for customers. As a Product Design Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and developing new design ideas, creating presentations for curated color options, and maintaining a digital library of designs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create 2D and 3D designs for customers
- Develop new design ideas through research and experimentation
- Coordinate with customers regarding color selections
- Create presentations for curated color options
- Attend meetings to review job builds internally and with customers

**Requirements:**
- 1+ year's experience in CAD design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic plotting commands
- SolidWorks experience a plus

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year
