About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager to join our team at Pivot Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and managing the day-to-day operations of our outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients of all ages with health-related conditions to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility.
  • Manage the clinic's daily operations, including staff supervision, patient scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
  • Eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least 6 months of experience in physical therapy.
  • Full-time commitment required.
