About the Job
As a Remote Customer Service Associate with Perun HR, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our merchants. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-facing environment, providing solutions to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • You will receive inbound calls from our Merchants, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • We seek individuals who can provide a WOW experience through active listening and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize your strong communication skills to deliver top-notch service to our merchants.

Requirements:
  • A resume with application is mandatory for consideration.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • A quiet and secure working environment free from background noise and capable of safeguarding client confidential information.
  • Familiarity with computers and internet navigation.
  • Internet speed requirements: A ping less than 50 ms, download speed greater than 12.0 Mbps, and upload speed greater than 2.0 Mbps.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with an online bill pay service or financial institution.
  • Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.

Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
