Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver and Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver and Support Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Care: Provide daily support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Developmental Goals: Help individuals set and achieve developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Community Involvement: Support individuals in participating in community activities and events, promoting socialization and integration.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements
