Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver and Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help participants achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Assist participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and support them in developing healthy habits.
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for participants, and help them navigate community resources and services.
  • Collaborate with other Sevita team members, including supervisors, to ensure high-quality care and support services.
