Primary Duties
- Verify that products and services meet quality benchmarks and that manufacturing methods are both capable and validated.
- Accountable for the inspection strategy concerning aviation components.
- Employ troubleshooting methods to address quality-related challenges.
- Acquire foundational knowledge in manufacturing quality, potentially involving support roles with specialized skills or technical insight.
- Utilize quality expertise gained through education or previous experience, recognizing how individual contributions impact the broader team.
- Resolve challenges by following established protocols, seeking guidance from supervisors or senior colleagues for matters beyond defined parameters.
- Engage collaboratively with peers to address issues. For roles interacting with customers, foster strong relationships and act as the liaison between the customer and the organization, sharing technical details, posing inquiries, and ensuring clarity.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Humble: demonstrates respect, openness, adaptability, and a desire to learn.
- Transparent: shares vital information, communicates honestly, and contributes positively.
- Focused: learns quickly, prioritizes tasks strategically, and shows commitment.
- Leadership skills: effective communicator, decisive, and collaborative.

- Familiarity with FMEA, RCCA (5Y or other methodologies), Statistical Process Control, and APQP is advantageous.
