Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile all financial transactions, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and room charges.
  • Audit and verify all financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or night auditor role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with accounting or reservation software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible overnight hours.
