Job Summary

The Real Estate Support Specialist will provide administrative/clerical support to the Area Vice Presidents and licensed real estate agents. This role is responsible for creating flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials for auctions and listings, as well as coordinating the mailing of all materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials for auctions and listings
- Coordinate the mailing of all marketing materials
- Assist with the planning and organizing of Area specific meetings
- Manage all advertising inquiries, including costs, sizes, and dates
- Ensure all real estate licenses are maintained and posted, as required
- Set up auctions using Nextlot software
- Share upcoming auction invites with the Area, as well as communicate results
- Execute auction presentations
- Manage and maintain the real estate filing
- Draft initial Real Estate & Farm Management proposals
- Assist ASM's or agents with DocuSign processes, as needed
- Assist License Coordinator, as needed with E&O Insurance coverage

Requirements

- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1+ year experience in an administrative role
- Proficient on Microsoft Office products
- Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple projects
- Strong technical solution and developmental skills
- Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various levels of seniority across organizations to achieve goals
