Solotech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio-Visual Site Supervisor to join our team. As a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology, we are committed to delivering spectacular experiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the technical and mechanical production of integration projects, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Lead site teams on large, complex projects, coordinating employee efforts and evaluating progress.
- Install equipment, train, direct, supervise, and discipline crews and other workers as needed.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, signal flow, and architectural blueprints.
- Ensure quality standards are applied, coordinate RMAs for defective or unused equipment, and support the Project Manager with site supervision.
- Manage on-site aspects of projects, ensure health and safety, and act as a liaison with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Perform client training, address change orders, and communicate with other trades on site.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audiovisual equipment installation and integration.
- Basic customer service experience.
- Familiarity with a wide range of audio, video, lighting, control, and networking equipment.
- Experience with Crestron/AMX/Extron/Q-Sys control systems preferred.
- Advanced carpentry and installation skills, proficient use of power tools, and AVIXA CTS or CTS-I Certification highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course within the first month of employment.
- Ability to lead site teams, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems, and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
