Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Guitar Instrument Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory.
Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience through exceptional customer service skills. Additionally, you will:
- Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you must have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and possess foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

- Initiative: Able to identify opportunities & issues and follow through on work activities
- Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques
