Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordination of care for patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
