**About the Position:**

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking an experienced Engineering and Operations Manager to join our team in Manchester, CT.

This is a key role that will be responsible for managing the Test Platforms' full life cycle, including hardware, software, and process projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing complex projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a vision, roadmap, and organizational technology plan.
  • Improve departmental effectiveness and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to Production and Engineering teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of management experience with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • High Voltage engineering, power electronics, and instrumentation experience preferred.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
