About the Role

This is a hybrid remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home or our office in Santa Barbara, CA. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides full-service accounting and tax services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Lead tax planning and compliance efforts for clients
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored tax solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Active CPA or EA certification
  • At least 5-10 years of public accounting experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Tax Manager
  • Experience with S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnership, and HNWI returns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
