Position Overview:

Accountable for the comprehensive management and leadership of the collision center, focusing on team safety, revenue generation, profit and loss oversight, customer satisfaction, compliance with insurance carriers, and the overall presentation of the facility.



Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs) are achieved;

ensuring quality control measures are in place and that insurance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or surpassed.

Reviewing estimates and supplements to align with insurance standards and quality for full compliance.

Maintaining knowledge of facility and equipment requirements, including necessary licenses, permits, and safety protocols.

Assuming full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability, encompassing revenue, margin, and overhead objectives, and effectively closing out the month.

Coaching and mentoring technicians and estimators to promote safety, performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Familiarity with CCC1 platforms for estimating and management is essential; knowledge of Mitchell and other estimating systems is advantageous.

Qualifications:
Proficient in vehicle blueprinting.

Capable of developing, implementing, and managing quality repair strategies, including ECDs.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Proven ability to build and lead teams to meet location objectives and targets.

Experience in performance management to foster career development and professional advancement.

  • Certification from CAR and/or ASE is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must possess a valid driver's license.
