Chief Anesthesiologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Anesthesiologist to lead our anesthesia team at UPMC North Central PA Outpatient Surgery Centers.

The successful candidate will possess a collaborative nature and a willingness to partner with hospital leadership to ensure the quality and safety of our low-acuity CRNA model of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support two outpatient surgery centers
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and implement anesthesia services
  • Ensure the quality and safety of anesthesia care
  • Participate in medical education and research opportunities

Benefits:

  • Four total surgical rooms
  • No weekends, holidays, or call
  • UPMC faculty appointment available
  • Rotation to Level 2 Medical Center for higher acuity and OB cases
