About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tier 1 Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to service tickets, provide preliminary diagnosis and resolution, and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Utilize a prescriptive troubleshooting tree to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Document all work related to researching and resolving customer requests, providing thorough documentation for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, including call center, restaurant, retail, or equivalent.
  • CompTIA ITF+ certified or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
