- Certifications: QIDP eligibility as established by the Department of Human Services.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Office setting with occasional travel to community-based settings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, and to lift up to 5 pounds.
