We are seeking a skilled Human Services Coordinator to join our team at the Oklahoma Human Services department. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities living in their own homes or community living alternatives.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $43,000 per year, depending on level and experience. Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this role requires extensive travel and possession of a valid driver's license.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and one year of professional experience working directly with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. They must also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include obtaining in-depth social histories, developing and implementing individualized plans, and providing monthly monitoring and support. The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal Home and Community Based Waiver regulations, state, and policy guidelines.
