We work tirelessly to provide healthcare organizations with specialized IT services that support the delivery of patient care.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, install, and maintain network systems, ensuring the secure configuration, operation, and design of the infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including voice, data, video, and wireless services.
  • Network Maintenance: Maintain and update computer networks, including software, VPNs, and hardware.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for optimal operation of network systems.
  • Advanced Support: Provide advanced support for personal computers and printers, and fix software and hardware configuration issues for users.
  • Communication and Training: Communicate networking issues and provide training to employees and management, assisting in the design of new system features as needed.
  • Security and Stability: Ensure network security and stability, addressing potential threats proactively.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical network support.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and project management for network initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IS/Computer Science or a related area (or 4 years experience equivalent) required. Master's Degree in IS/Computer Science or a related area preferred.Experience: 5 – 10 years in network engineering and design preferredCertifications: CCNA certification minimum, CCNP preferred.
