  • Capital Management: Assess investment opportunities, manage capital allocation, and evaluate return on investment for various projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed resource allocation decisions.
  • Technological Advancement: Stay updated on financial technology innovations. Identify opportunities to implement systems and tools that enhance financial processes and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and auditors, to build strong relationships that ensure financial objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of federal contracting and government financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance requirements and financial documentation.
  • Proven expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficient in financial reporting tools and software.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
