Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Finance to oversee our financial operations and enhance the overall effectiveness of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that promote business expansion and profitability.

- Operational Management: Supervise daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Capital Management: Assess investment opportunities, manage capital allocation, and evaluate return on investment for various projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed resource allocation decisions.
- Technological Advancement: Stay updated on financial technology innovations. Identify opportunities to implement systems and tools that enhance financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting and government financial regulations.
- Experience with compliance requirements and financial documentation.
- Proven expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Proficient in financial reporting tools and software.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
