Additionally, we offer relocation assistance of $30,000 or more, a sign-on bonus of 15% of base salary (negotiable), and a retention bonus of 10% of annual salary at the 2-year mark. We also provide student loan repayment options and a guaranteed yearly base increase of up to 5%.
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, flex spending, 401K, and disability coverage. We also offer 13 paid holidays and paid time off, which increases with tenure.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsAs a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with Delta Physician Placement, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients aged 0-18. You will work 50% with adults and 50% with children, with a 2-hour session for children and 1.5 hours for adults. You will have the flexibility to choose a 4- or 5-day work week and will see 14-18 patients per day, depending on the schedule.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you must be board certified or fellowed in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
