Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at SW Washington Regional. As a member of our perioperative team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the success of surgical procedures.

With a high volume of cases annually, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in orthopedics, total joints, neurology, general surgery, and pain management.

  • We are one of the largest ambulatory surgery centers in the Pacific Northwest, aligned with Rebound Orthopedics.
  • We feature a fast-paced multi-specialty ASC performing over 11,000 cases annually.
  • We have a highly skilled team of nurses and clinical staff that provide clinical excellence, supporting patients and surgeons in all phases of the surgical process.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform in the scrub role during surgical procedures, ensuring safe patient care and adherence to standard protocols.
  • Assist circulator in preparation for the next scheduled case, maintaining a well-organized sterile area and observing sterile technique at all times.
  • Pass instrumentation and suture, put away supplies in the OR, and assist in case picking or assembling instrument sets in central sterile as necessary.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Specialized training of 13 to 24 months; diploma from an accredited Surgical Tech Program preferred but not required.
  • WA State Surgical Technologist Registration required.
  • Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
  • Experience with total joints highly desirable.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required.
