About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, you will play a critical role in promoting our well-known and respected consumer products for oral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with General Practice Dentists and Periodontists in your assigned territory.
  • Independently plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory, taking into account each customer's clinical needs.
  • Deliver scientific product presentations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and services of our products.
  • Understand and address the business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and how our products can address them.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Hygiene, Business to Business (B2B), or Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • A proven track record of success with outside sales experience.
  • Sales Aptitude REQUIRED.
  • Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.
