Job Summary:

As a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and basic blood banking.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes and automated analyzers.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and efficient test processing.

Requirements:

  • ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting, with a preference for candidates with prior experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
