Role of Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Our CSRs serve as the initial point of contact to address customer inquiries and concerns. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic, ensuring that callers feel confident their issues will be resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Fostering positive customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions
  • Collecting information from customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for clients
  • Setting appointments for prospective customers
  • Addressing billing inquiries
  • Performing general clerical tasks as assigned
  • Collaborating with Service and Sales teams
  • Promoting the value of our services and suggesting enhancements
  • Maintaining a positive demeanor while communicating on the phone
Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities
  • Pleasant phone voice with clear articulation
  • Ability to multitask effectively while engaging with customers
  • Composure and teamwork under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
