Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Speech Language Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Northampton, MA.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position for the entire school year, working with high school students.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in speech therapy and be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  2. Deliver one-on-one and group speech and language therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.
  3. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, ensuring seamless integration with academic objectives.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Ongoing licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Prior experience working with high school-aged students is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
