Company OverviewTeam Gillman, a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships, is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager - Volkswagen to join our team and help us achieve our goal.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Manager - Volkswagen will be responsible for leading our service team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. This includes conducting daily one-on-one client status meetings, monitoring repair/maintenance, and working with the service director to set departmental objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
