Job Description

The Customer Service Manager - Volkswagen will be responsible for leading our service team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. This includes conducting daily one-on-one client status meetings, monitoring repair/maintenance, and working with the service director to set departmental objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**$90,000-$120,000** depending on experience.
