Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication with third-party payers to secure pre-authorizations for radiology services.
  • Collaborate with clinic and hospital departments to ensure timely transmission of clinical information.
  • Assist with payer notifications, maintain databases, and identify process improvement opportunities for denied authorizations.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-certification, referrals, and insurance billing processes.
  • Active LPN license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
  • ACLS certification required.
