We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with therapeutic interventions and goals appropriate to the patient's age and development.
- Document evaluations, modifications in treatment plans, and responses to occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver a team approach to patient care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Master's degree is preferred.
- Physical Therapy License issued by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners is required.
- 1 year of experience in a Physical Therapy Setting, preferably in an acute setting.
- Current BLS certification is required.
