Cardiac Anesthesiology Opportunity

Location: Mishawaka, IN

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician to become part of our expanding practice. This is an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a physician who is Fellowship trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Anesthesiology.

Our team currently consists of twelve physicians and three CRNAs, providing comprehensive anesthesia coverage for a progressive healthcare facility in Northern Indiana. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Pediatric, and Obstetric procedures.
  • Overseeing the work of CRNAs.
  • Participating in call rotations, which may include Cardiac, OB, and/or General cases.

If there are no scheduled Cardiac cases during the week, the physician will be assigned to general anesthesia cases.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A salary range that aligns with MGMA standards.
  • Malpractice insurance covered by the corporation, including tail coverage.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with retirement benefits.
  • A generous vacation policy with 27 days off per year, plus an additional 5 days and $3,000 for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
  • Annual allowance of $3,000 for professional journals, dues, and memberships.
  • Student loan assistance and relocation support available in accordance with policy.
