Janitorial Worker

**Job Summary**

Leafwire is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker/Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
• Clean surfaces, vacuum, and wax floors.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year janitorial experience.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Capacity to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 or more pounds.

**Working Conditions:**

The noise level in the work environment is normal. The employee is frequently exposed to an environment of natural chemical fumes, herbal aromas, airborne particles, exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
