Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Curaleaf. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans
  • Clean surfaces, vacuum, and wax floors
  • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot
  • Complete non-routine cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
  • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of janitorial experience
  • Ability to work early morning or late-night shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under minimal supervision
  • Capacity to take direction and work as part of a team

Working Conditions:

The Janitor will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to dust and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or the skin. Personal Protective Equipment will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.

Language Skills:

The Janitor must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and display professional telephone etiquette.
