Assists technical and project teams in resolving system and application-specific challenges.

Escalates identified issues, risks, or challenges to senior administrators in accordance with established processes.

Plans and executes complex system configurations.


Facilitates communication with product users and suppliers to exchange information, identify opportunities, resolve issues, prioritize customer needs, and maintain continuous improvement through client feedback.

Defines and tests maintenance and refresh activities.

Participates in the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure.

Provides application-oriented administration and technical support for both production and non-production environments.

Supports vendor-related activities as appropriate.

Recommends and implements performance tuning and optimization strategies.

Creates and reviews documentation for new and existing system configurations and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of experience in application support.


A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT or operations.

Additional equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
