About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Pearl Street Dental Partners. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chairside in four-handed dentistry, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized operatory, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations, demonstrating attention to detail and precision.
- Document lab procedures and track incoming and outgoing lab cases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist the hygienist in providing comprehensive dental care, including scaling and polishing procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one-two years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant.
- Front office and Open Dental experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
