- Organize and maintain client records, ensuring compliance with retention guidelines;
- Assist in the development of sales documentation;
- Draft letters, promotional materials, copies, business card requests, and other communications as directed by the Home Center Manager;
- Provide assistance to clients with general inquiries, accurately directing phone calls and messages;
- Support Home Center personnel in collaborating with Home Office teams to execute sales, marketing, human resources, and various business functions.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances;
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
