Position Overview:
The Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive atmosphere for both new and existing team members. This position is tasked with the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

- Coordinates the preparation of training materials for new hires.
- Organizes celebratory events for employees, including ordering cakes and decorations.
- Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with pre-employment requirements.
- Responds to inquiries from current and former employees regarding personnel files.
- Organizes and maintains the HR filing system.
- Orders supplies and materials for the HR department.

Education and Experience:
