Hotel Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead pool deck in organized games and activities with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Work daily crafts and activities by providing guest assistance including but not limited to, providing guests with property information, on property directions, quality service, energetic execution of crafts and activities, escorting guests while providing top tier customer service.
  • To enthusiastically greet and converse with guests.
  • Assist with routine cleaning of the craft hut and all activity equipment (e.g. sweeping, cleaning, emptying trash, picking up towels and trash, organizing and inventory) and cleaning up after any craft/activity to include beach, pool, conference center etc.
  • Engage guests of all ages in different ways to explore the hotel and surrounding areas with a variety of options.
  • Assist in all other aspects of the recreation department as needed.
  • Answer phones with greeting and assist guests with any questions or reservations.
  • Actively participate in the assurance of the safety of all guests.
  • Work holiday special programs as scheduled.
  • Treat everyone with courtesy and respect at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers licenses
  • Able to lift and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stoop, stand, push, pull and walk or stand for long periods of time
