**Job Summary:**
Takex America Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Mid-West and East Coast regions of the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit OEMs, end-users, and current customers to evaluate territory performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement a territory sales plan to meet quarterly objectives.
- Manage national and regional accounts, including distributors and independent sales representatives.
- Maintain and develop a customer database to track sales performance and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with distribution partners to provide promotional support and develop marketing materials.
- Provide product feedback, growth estimates, and recommendations to corporate R&D.
- Develop and manage independent sales representatives and distributors.
- Provide technical and other support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial field, with a strong understanding of industrial sensors and technical solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems and technologies.

- A competitive base salary of $80,000 per year, plus sales commission.
