Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Takex America Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Mid-West and East Coast regions of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit OEMs, end-users, and current customers to evaluate territory performance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to meet quarterly objectives.
  • Manage national and regional accounts, including distributors and independent sales representatives.
  • Maintain and develop a customer database to track sales performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with distribution partners to provide promotional support and develop marketing materials.
  • Provide product feedback, growth estimates, and recommendations to corporate R&D.
  • Develop and manage independent sales representatives and distributors.
  • Provide technical and other support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial field, with a strong understanding of industrial sensors and technical solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
