Job Title: Visitor Services Representative

Job Summary:

Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Visitor Services Representative to join our team at the FBI Experience. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional support to visitors, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, answering questions and addressing needs throughout the tour route.
  • Act as the principal voice of the FBI, building trust and confidence in direct support of the FBI's mission and strategy.
  • Assist with tour operations, including escorting visitors, taking attendance, and gathering visitors at the FBI Visitor Center.
  • Collaborate with the FBI Experience Operations Manager to coordinate tours, communicate with visitors, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop a knowledge base of the FBI's history and operations, providing accurate and engaging information to visitors.
  • Remain composed under pressure, handling challenging situations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize electronic systems and calendars to navigate tour schedules and communicate with internal employees.
  • Provide special attention to visitors with special needs, disabilities, or personal preferences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in public speaking, verbal communication, and customer service.
  • Proven organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clearance requirements: active TOP SECRET security clearance required.

Work Environment:

This position is located at the FBI Headquarters J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to sit for prolonged periods and engage in repetitive motions.

Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $33.32/hr to $35.00/hr (hourly USD). The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges.
