Job Summary
As a Retail Supervisor at Nike, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. You will be working closely with your team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about NIKE products and services
- Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's Service Principles
- Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
- Operate a cash register, ship and receive duties, stock products, clean and build visual displays

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (U.S)
- Have 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
- Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
- Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
