Job Title: Respite Program Caregiver

At Zarephath Community Services, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Respite Program Caregiver to join our team. As a Respite Program Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing temporary care and support to children and families in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and nurturing care to children aged 5-17 in residential settings.
  • Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining, and cultural activities.
  • Safely transport children in agency vehicles.
  • Collaborate with children on treatment plan objectives, psycho-social skills, community and family interactions, and interpersonal development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field working with youth and families.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with insurability under agency policy.
  • Two negative skin TB tests or one negative blood TB test.
  • Possession of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Outlook.

Compensation:$17 per hour
