  • Lead and manage the Quality Control staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure efficient and effective quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality-related issues and improve productivity.
  • Establish and supervise safety protocols and standards within the Quality Department.
  • Develop and implement standards for the Quality Assurance staff to ensure that products released for shipment meet specifications and are in statistical control.
  • Ensure that all data and testing required for product is supplied on time and in an efficient manner.
  • Work with the Research & Development staff to ensure that new formulations are within the capabilities of the Production staff.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
    • 7-10 years of quality management experience within manufacturing.
    • Experience with audit documentation.
